Au si\u00e8ge, une \u00e9quipe b\u00e9n\u00e9vole assure le lien entre les programmes, les partenaires et les donateurs. Elle coordonne les projets, r\u00e9pond aux besoins exprim\u00e9s par le terrain et veille \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence des actions men\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Des experts, \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, issus de domaines cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9ponse humanitaire (sant\u00e9, \u00e9ducation, projet psychosocial, urgence, eau, formation, … ), apportent leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques aux \u00e9quipes locales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the field, Solinfo relies on partner NGO teams who work directly within the communities and alongside the young people we support. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Edouard Lagourgue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9sident<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impliqu\u00e9 dans le milieu humanitaire depuis des d\u00e9cennies, Edouard est l’actuel pr\u00e9sident de Solinfo \u00ab car le soutien aux organisations locales en faveur des actions de formation de la jeunesse est l\u2019assurance d\u2019un geste durable. Y contribuer est un devoir d\u2019humanit\u00e9 \u00bb dit-il. Il est par ailleurs administrateur de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u2019associations comme l\u2019AVVAT, membre d\u2019honneur de Solidarit\u00e9s International et membre expert de D\u00e9fis Humanitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thierry Liebaut<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Secretary General<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrepreneur and travel enthusiast, Thierry joined Solinfo as an active member and was later elected Secretary General. At Solinfo, he found a way to combine headquarters work with field missions, within a team dedicated to human-scale humanitarian projects and in direct contact with local partners and Solinfo\u2019s beneficiaries. He has previously contributed to numerous humanitarian programs in Iraq, Lebanon, and several African countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audrey Lenestour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audrey is the cornerstone of Solinfo\u2019s headquarters team, overseeing the organization\u2019s accounting and treasury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle apporte son temps et sa connaissance comptable, mais aussi sa fra\u00eecheur et son sens de l\u2019organisation dans cet aspect de notre activit\u00e9 qui demande comp\u00e9tence et rigueur, surtout \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 partout les financements se rar\u00e9fient.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Solinfo relies on a network of volunteer experts mobilized according to the needs of each mission. Their commitment ensures the quality of our projects and provides effective technical support directly to our local partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also provide training to the management teams of our partner organizations and intervene directly in the field whenever required. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Juliette Elie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Medical Advisor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


A committed physician and passionate traveler, Juliette has brought essential medical insight to Solinfo\u2019s projects since she joined the association. Also a practicing doctor in Paris, she applies her expertise to help integrate health approaches tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries. She particularly enjoys working closely with Solinfo\u2019s local partners and contributes to the well-being of communities, especially the children supported by the association. She recently created medical centers for widows and orphaned Syrian refugees in Iraq.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Diane Durand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Expert Psycho-Social<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diane has ten years of experience in managing international solidarity projects in crisis zones and fragile contexts, mainly in Africa and the Middle East, with strong expertise in mediation and humanitarian access. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her career has led her to collaborate with various organizations, where she also developed solid skills in psychosocial approaches and support\u2014essential for helping affected populations overcome trauma and strengthen their resilience, particularly women and children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Th\u00e9mo Anargyros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Animal health expert, livestock management, and balance between wildlife and rural populations<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Th\u00e9mo Anargyros is a veterinarian trained in Africa, with solid field experience in isolated and demanding contexts. His career has led him to work with both wildlife and domestic animals, notably alongside livestock farmers, providing medical and surgical care as well as supporting rural practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He works on a wide range of issues, from animal health and conservation to scientific research and the mitigation of human\u2013wildlife conflicts. In parallel, he develops documentary and advocacy projects focused on environmental and social challenges, and shares his experience through films, publications, and children\u2019s books that blend adventure, science, and commitment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eug\u00e9nie Bouniol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

WASH Expert \u2013 Water Engineer & Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eug\u00e9nie is a water engineer and project manager who has led post-conflict and development projects in France, Senegal and Iraq. She has worked closely with international donors, ensuring compliance, high technical standards and on-time delivery in complex environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her expertise covers access to safe drinking water, water treatment, quality monitoring, water conservation and borehole drilling. She brings to Solinfo strong technical rigor, leadership, a clear sense of priorities and close attention to the needs of teams and communities, in support of high-impact humanitarian programmes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
