Sound financial management
Solinfo is run in a very lean manner. We have no salaried staff: all headquarters contributors and experts are entirely volunteers.
Solinfo’s key figures
- An annual budget of €70–120K committed to our field operations, excluding any local funding that may sometimes be mobilized.
- 95% des ressources annuelles collectées sont affectées aux programmes humanitaires.
- • Only 5%—thanks to dedicated patronage—are deducted from a €100 donation to cover our headquarters costs, including the rent of our association office.
- • Zero euros spent on marketing or communication.
- • Zero euros spent on headquarters salaries.

Diversified funding
Our resources come from private donations, corporate patronage, and project-based funding from foundations, companies, and, more rarely, public institutions.

Where our funding comes from
- Our resources come 82% from private donations, mainly through corporate and foundation sponsorship. Some of our programs are co-funded by French associations, such as TDH-AL68, our partner in Bangladesh.
- We also occasionally receive funding—about 18%—by responding to calls for proposals or submitting applications to donors such as the Fondation de France or the City of Paris. Some of our programs are co-funded by French associations, including TDH-AL68.

Your donations are 66% tax-deductible
Donations made to Solinfo, an organization recognized as being of public interest, are eligible for tax reductions (Articles 200 and 238 bis of the French Tax Code).
Individuals benefit from a 66% tax deduction, up to 20% of their taxable income, and companies benefit from a 60% deduction, up to 0.5% of their turnover.
A tax receipt is issued for every donation: thus, a €100 donation actually costs only €34 for an individual and €40 for a company.
By supporting Solinfo, you contribute to our training, education, and psychosocial support programs for the most vulnerable.
